Why Not Us?

Don’t work with us if…

• You just want the training to be a “treat” – our programmes are powerful and results oriented. We expect people to work hard.

• You want a “sticking plaster” fix – we can “fix” unhelpful behaviour patterns and business processes, and quickly, but we don’t scratch the surface, we look deep and broad, and fix what needs fixing.

• Your organisation condones disrespectful and bullying behaviours – we will seek to challenge and change those behaviours whenever we come across them.

• There is no commitment from the top for change – we will want to work with the Board to ensure they support the change. If they don’t, they will always get what they’ve always got.

• You want someone else to do the hard stuff for you – we will lead programmes, coach senior people, challenge negative behaviours, improve sales and customer care performance and create 21st century leaders in your organisation. But you have to come with us on the journey and be prepared to champion the change, even when it gets tough.
