Rosalyn Rahme

Rosalyn has over 25 years of recruiting, coaching and business experience. As Chairman of The DP Group, Rosalyn is involved in both coaching and executive level mentoring assignments which she complements with her role as Director of Goldjobs, an Internet portal and networking site for executives.

Amongst numerous memberships, Rosalyn has served as an active member of the Canada-UK Chamber since 1989 encouraging business opportunity and networking and is a past president. Rosalyn is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, Institute of Directors, Inspired Leaders, British Quality Foundation and various associations, schools and charities.

Educated in England and Canada, Rosalyn received a B.A(Hons) Economics from Queens University, Canada which was put to good use in her days on the Economics Commission of the European Union of Women!

In addition to motivational coaching, Rosalyn offers analytical reports on individual ‘core process’. This is particularly useful when building executive teams or looking to fill a gap in an existing team. The reports give insight to the type of person a company is employing, needs to employ and their management style. This exercise is used for:
